There is no separate article on torture in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, but there are thousands of torture victims. In order to draw attention to the problem, together with rapper Vlad and the Committee Against Torture, we filmed the music video "The Article That Doesn't Exist". We contrast the image of well-being and the absence of a problem that law enforcement creates by erasing and hiding the facts of torture with the stories of real torture victims who took part in the filming of the music video.
